This blog is part of a Xicana’s learning process of breaking the chains of the colonized, capitalist (and all other chains that come with it) mentality that denies true conscious. Most of what I post or reblog is a reflection of my stances on life, my learning journey, issues not heard by the mainstream media, and the beauty of everything between of what Universo and la Tierra provides. Respect all life including the plants and animals, land and water (humans are no better) while also having a laugh. My process of being a Xicana and what it means to me is to re(learn) outside the confines of the mental chains, a TRUE education. I feel that education comes from each other by dialoguing and in this case, reblogging or blogging your thoughts on the elements of liberation. Please feel free to follow so we can share and dialogue.
“No one is going to give you the education you need to overthrow them. Nobody is going to teach you your true history, teach you your true heroes, if they know that that knowledge will help set you free.” - Assata Shakur
